Program proposal:
8:00 Meeting point at the Wine Fountain in Marezige and ride on the wine bus
8:30 Istrian breakfast in Truške at the Guesthouse Green Istria
10:00 Departure for the first experience as part of the Istrian breakfast in Trebeše at Sladki slap (visit to the highest flysch waterfall and demonstration of fruit drying and tasting of dried fruit)
12:00 Departure to Trsek to the Herbal Paradise of Slovenian Istria (II. Experience), tour of the estate and tasting of local liqueurs
14:00 Istrian lunch at Gostilna Karjola
15:30 Visit to the olive grove and tasting of olive oil and presentation of cosmetics in the House of Carcauec (III. Experience)
17:00 Visit to the Koper bell tower in Koper (IV. Experience)
18:00 Tasting of organic wines at the estate Bio Montis & Eko Laura (V. experience)
20:00 Coming back to the Wine Fountain in Marezige
The program is suitable for a maximum of 15 people. Possibility to hire a local guide.
